FROM ROOF TO FOUNDATION

STRUCTURE
Here, the main focus is on the foundation, crawlspace, and other crucial structural components that provide stability to the home.
EXTERIOR
This includes the roofing system* as well as doors, windows, cladding, fascias, decking, and patios.
INTERIOR
We carefully look at floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The attic, insulation, and ventilation are also inspected.
SERVICES
We assess the home’s electrical system (including smoke alarms and RCDs), the plumbing system, and the HVAC systems. Ovens and cooktops are also included.
