Report: No report for our walk-through consultation service will be produced. Clients are encouraged to take notes during the consultation.
Tools: We will only bring flashlights for the walk-through consultation. This is not a complete home inspection, so we will not use ladders, remove electrical panel covers, analyze furnace combustion, or perform any other tasks that would be part of a regular home inspection.
Timing: We understand that requests for walk-through consultations may come on short notice, and we will do our best to accommodate these requests.
